Tuition based child care programs offered at Memorial School for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

After School Club - Fee based child care for MES students in Kindergarten - 6th grade. ASC operates out of Memorial School. Pick up is at the 54 Adin Street entrance. Open from school dismissal until 6:00 PM (ASC closes at 5:30 PM on Early Release Days). Tuition Cost: $25.20/day for full time enrollment (everyday). $26/day for part time enrollment (part time enrollment requires a set schedule ex. 2 days per week: Mon/Wed.) Tuition is calculated out into 10 monthly payments based on selected enrollment. A Day at ASC: 2:20 Attendance, Snack & Recess - Students are dismissed to the cafeteria from their classrooms for ASC. They check in, are offered a pre packaged snack, and get a little recess time to start their afternoon. 3:00 Activity Time - Each grade participates in a planned activity: Arts & crafts, Active Sports & Fitness, STEM, Strategic Games & Fun, or Creative Expression & Imagination. Activities rotate so that even those that only attend one day a week get to experience a new type of activity each day they attend. 3:45 Group Time - Kindergarten & 1st Grade, 2nd & 3rd Grades, 4th - 6th Grades group up, and are offered a selection of things to do such as homework, coloring, games, toys and outside play during this block of time. 5:00: End of Day - At the end of the day, we group together all students who have not yet een picked up. Breakfast Bunch: Daily Fee $9.00 - $10.00/day depending on enrollment schedule (calculated out into 10 monthly payments). The school day at Hopedale Memorial School begins at 8:00 AM. Families who need an earlier drop off time have the option to enroll in the fee based before school program "Breakfast Bunch". Choose from full time (everyday), selected days per week or "Drop in" as needed schedule. Breakfast is included in the tuition fee. After eating, children may choose to socialize with peers, complete homework, read, color, or play with the program's selection of toys, cards and games. Breakfast Bunch can accommodate up to 25 students per day. It is supervised by two staff members plus a door monitor/check in leader. Menu Options: Daily selection choices typically include a variety of cereals, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausages, yogurt, bagels, fruits, milk, juices. Program Opens at 6:45 AM: Program runs all 180 school days unless there is a delayed start to school due to weather (then breakfast bunch is canceled). Drop Off Times & Location: Hopedale Memorial School - use entrance at 54 Adin Street. Drop off between 6:45 - 7:20 AM. This entrance must be clear of cars by 7:20 AM to allow bus arrival. A staff person will monitor the door to let students in only during this drop off window of time. If later than this, families will need to drop students off to school during the regular parent drop off on the Prospect street side.
