Important Message From the Hopedale Superintendent

Dear Families;

Happy last day of school.  It has been wonderful seeing your children enjoying their last few weeks of school, celebrating their successes, preparing for the upcoming year, graduating, and having fun classroom and schoolwide events.  I hope you enjoy the summer and have time to relax with family and friends.

This email is also to inform you that I will be utilizing a new platform (Apptegy/Thrillshare) for messages regarding important school messages (and snow day calls).  Hopefully, you have had the opportunity to view our new website https://www.hopedaleschools.org/.  Notifications that I send via email, text, and/or phone will also be available on the website platform.  If you choose to download the mobile app, notifications will also be available on your phone app.

On Thursday, July 7th, I plan to "test" our new system.  You should receive a phone message and email from me on that date.  If you do not receive my July 7th messages, please contact your school office to ensure your contact information is correct.

Important to note:

  • Text messages will come from: 98900  - an introductory first message will be sent the first time you receive any message stating it's from Hopedale Public Schools by Apptegy.

  • Phone calls will still come from our 508-634-2220 # on caller ID.

  • Emails will come from "donotreply-alerts@hopedaleschools.org".

Have a great summer!

Sincerely,

Karen Crebase, Superintendent
