Innovation Career Pathways
We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the Innovation Career Pathways (ICP) program for the 2026–2027 school year. Students currently in grades 8–10 are eligible to apply, and all applications are due by March 31st. As part of the application process, students must obtain a recommendation from a core teacher and attend an informational meeting with Mrs. Ingemi and/or their School Counselor.
We will offer three pathways next year:
• Business
• Biomedical Science
• MET (Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology)
Innovation Career Pathway graduation requirements include:
• Two technical classes related to the chosen pathway
• Two advanced classes (Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement, or select PLTW courses)
• Explore College, Career, and Life Readiness (CCLR) classes in grades 9–12
• Internship and/or Capstone experience (minimum of 100 hours)
ICP students participate in a monthly cohort meeting during BRB focused on career-connected learning. Opportunities available through ICP include career speakers, job shadow days, field trips, college connections, campus visits, a career fair, financial literacy programming, and more. In recent years, ICP grant funding has also helped cover AP exam fees and dual enrollment tuition for participating students. Students who successfully complete the program receive an ICP designation on their Hopedale transcript, a certificate at Class Night, and an ICP cord to wear at graduation.
Please complete the ICP online application by March 31st.
